On-Line Submission for Literary Contest and Submission Rules
| Deadline: | All student submissions must be received on or before Wednesday, January 11, 2012. No entries will be accepted after this date. |
| Number of Stories Allowed: | Only ONE (1) original short story per student per school year may be submitted. |
| Author's Name: | Author's name may NOT appear on any page of the submitted short story. |
| Word Limit: | Not to exceed 5,000 words. |
| Format: | Typed and double spaced using a standard 12 pt. font on a 8 1/2" X 11" page. READABILITY IS ESSENTIAL. If stories are not double spaced, they will be rejected. |
| TItle of Story: | Title of story on first page only. No separate title page. |
| Page Numbering: | Number in correct order at TOP CENTER of each page. |
A MANUSCRIPT WILL BE REJECTED IF ALL ABOVE CRITERIA ARE NOT FOLLOWED.
